I realise that I am shamefully a bit behind with updating subscribers to my website with the latest podcasts I have been doing for the best part of a year now. You can find all the details and a list of the most recent podcasts on the Money Makers website. Typically these run to 30 or 40 minutes and consist of a more detailed and I hope rewarding conversation with professional investors than you are likely to find elsewhere in the media. Whether this is of interest will depend a bit on your approach to investment – speculators certainly need not apply. But if you have a more measured approach to investing, as I and many other DIY and professional investors do, the podcasts are a way to find out what many of the best investors and commentators I know are currently thinking. They are independently edited and produced – there are no conflict of interests with sponsors – and we are planning to extend the range of topics and interviewees as time goes by. Recent interviewees in the series include Graham Harrison, MD of Asset Risk Consultants, the research and consulting firm, economist Peter Warburton, technical analyst Robin Griffiths, investment trust investor Nick Greenwood and the AIM/small company specialist fund manager Chris Hutchinson – something for everyone. Do feel free to spread the word about what we are offering – and thanks for listening (if you have been).
