BOOKING CONDITIONS

• A completed registration form together with full payment must be sent to Independent Investor.
• Bookings may be made by credit card but payment must be made in full.
• All payments, including credit card, are in sterling.
• Confirmation of payment is sent by email unless otherwise requested.
• We reserve the right to cancel the booking if payment is not made 14 days before the event. Any outstanding payment becomes the responsibility of the signatory made on the registration form.
• Should you be unable to attend a substitute delegate may attend as long as details are received at least 48 hours prior to the event.
• Refunds will not be available.
• We reserve the right to change the event speakers and session titles and timings. All speakers have confirmed at time of publication.
• Registration fee includes entrance to meeting, any event documentation, refreshments and lunch at times indicated on programme.

• We take no responsibility for non-attendance due to adverse weather, transport or other elements beyond our control.
